This armour can be crafted by using the NPC Perry in the building at 228:268 in Tao Village.
Take all the required items to Perry and use the "make armour" option in the NPC window.
The crafting of the armour can fail. The armour, if succcessfully crafted, will be of the same sex as the crafter.
The items needed are:
Red Eyed Skull - drops from boss Oma King
Zuma Relic - drops from boss Zumataurus
Wooma Horn - drops from boss Woomataurus
Benediction Oil - drops from all bosses and Ancient Ruins mobs
10x Dragon Scale - drop from Past Bichon Omas
